Doylestown Hospital Receives an “A” for Patient Safety in Spring 2017 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade
DOYLESTOWN, PA, April 13, 2017 – Doylestown Hospital has again earned an"A" grade from The Leapfrog Group, a nonprofit organization committed to driving quality, safety, and transparency in the U.S. health care system. Doylestown Hospital was awarded an"A" grade last fall and was additionally recognized as one of the Leapfrog Group"s 56"Top Hospitals" in the U.S. in 2016.
The Leapfrog Group released new Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades, which assign A, B, C, D and F letter grades to hospitals nationwide. Doylestown Hospital was one of a select few hospitals in the region to receive an"A" for its commitment to reducing errors, infections, and accidents that can harm patients.

It is calculated by top patient safety experts, peer-reviewed, fully transparent and free to the public.
