Physician Liaisons

Doylestown Health's physician liaisons are committed to developing and maintaining long-term partnerships by providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to referring providers and practices. The liaisons pride themselves in providing accurate, timely information about new clinical services and programs, acting as a resource for referral questions and providing feedback from practices to the health system.

Our physician liaisons strive to provide for easy accessibility to all Doylestown Health service lines and specialists. They believe that open communication and a team approach with our referring partner providers is the key to providing optimal care for our mutual patients.

Ways Our Physician Liaisons Assist Providers and Practices

Services include (but are not limited to):
  • Coordinate communication between referring providers and Doylestown Health specialists
  • Arrange lectures and other in-office clinical educational opportunities by Doylestown Health physician specialists. (Please submit topic requests to your physician liaison)
  • Resource for referrals to doctors and clinical programs
  • Conduct in-practice visits to educate staff on new services and physicians
  • Provide educational materials for both patients and providers
  • Resolve complex scheduling concerns
  • Execute regular communication with practices, answer questions and address any feedback
  • Assist with directory update requests
