5 Ways to Get Active This Fall in Bucks County

The end of summer doesn't have to mean the end of outdoor fitness. Instead, it signals the beginning of the fun, activity-filled fall season.

Don't let exercise drop off your to-do list when the leaves start falling. Autumn is a great time to get some exercise outdoors, and Bucks County offers plenty of activities to keep you and your family moving.

Here are five ways to stay active and enjoy the autumn season.

Walking

Beautiful Bucks County offers a great landscape for walking, especially in the fall. Studies have shown that walking briskly is a great way to get physical activity. It doesn't cost much except a good pair of sneakers, and you can do it just about anywhere.
