Doylestown Health 'extremely gratified;' lists ways to assist

The community is responding to the unprecedented Coronavirus pandemic in thoughtful, charitable and encouraging ways to support Doylestown Health during the crisis.

"We have received hundreds of offers for assistance from individuals, organizations, businesses and dental offices to support our work in a rapidly evolving situation," said Jim Brexler, President and CEO. "The response is extremely gratifying to our staff on the front lines and those supporting them. Health care is a team effort, and now more than ever the community and donors are a critical member of the team."

Doylestown Hospital, in particular, set a priority on personal protection equipment for front line staff as the hospital prepares for the weeks ahead. Doylestown Hospital is accepting new supplies from dental offices, auto repair shops, carpenters and others to augment the supply on hand as well as supplies we expect to receive from the federal government.

Doylestown Health is a non-profit community hospital. In addition to the many offers of help, we welcome financial donations to give us flexibility to purchase critical items such as equipment and technology for patient services during the pandemic.
