Family gathering for Thanksgiving | Doylestown Health

Doylestown Health remains committed to bringing quality education to the community. Join Doylestown Health certified health education specialists and nutritionists, local mental health professionals and other select local professionals as they present important subject matter.

Doylestown Health is pleased to offer both in-person and virtual classes and events in November. We also offer an outdoor, socially distanced, low-impact exercise and health education activity called Walk With a Doc. Registration is required.

What is Palliative Care? (Virtual)

Doylestown Health is pleased to announce a new palliative care line to help fill in care gaps in service. Join Doylestown Health Palliative Care medical director, Anna Thomas, MD for an in-depth discussion. Most people do not understand what palliative care is and this talk is your chance to ask questions. Example questions might be: What is the difference between palliative care and hospice? How can this service help me or my family? What does the service entail? Is it covered by insurance? And more.

Diabetes Panel: What to Know About Diabetes (Virtual)

Wednesday, November 10, 2021 – 4:30 to 5:30 pm

Have you recently been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or diabetes and aren’t sure what to do next? Are your glucose numbers rising and you want to gain better control of your diabetes? Join us for a panel of Certified Diabetes Educators including a Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian, and Nurse Practitioner, during National Diabetes month. Darkness to Light Training

One in 10 children will be sexually abused before their 18th birthday. Darkness to Light is a non-profit committed to empowering adults to prevent child sexual abuse. Coping with the Holidays (Virtual)

Join the Bereavement Staff of Doylestown Health Hospice as we explore the many challenges and changes associated with new loss as we anticipate and plan for the upcoming holiday season and New Year.
