Doylestown Health remains committed to bringing quality education to the community. Join Doylestown Health certified health education specialists and nutritionists, local mental health professionals and other select local professionals as they present important subject matter.

Doylestown Health is pleased to offer both in-person and virtual classes and events in September. We also offer an outdoor, socially distanced, low-impact exercise and health education activity called Walk With a Doc. Registration is required.

Lunch & Learn: Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking (Virtual)

A Woman’s Place is a domestic violence organization in Bucks County with free, private and confidential services with a vision of a society where all individuals are safe in their relationships and can flourish. This interactive workshop will empower participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize the warning signs of domestic violence and human trafficking, understand dynamics of power and control and barriers that prevent survivors from being able to leave, and how to support survivors in an empowering manner.

Join Doylestown Health's wellness team for a biometric screening including blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, BMI, glucose and lipid panel. QPR Suicide Prevention Training (Virtual)

Wednesday, September 22, 2021 – 5 to 7 pm

QPR stands for question, persuade and refer – 3 steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. This training will help attendees recognize warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to refer someone to help. To register, please email education@dh.org.

Upon registration, you will receive the Zoom link and training guide. Due to the nature of this interactive training, participants must utilize a webcam during the training. 2 CEU's available for participants.
