While onsite classes and events are postponed, Doylestown Health remains committed to bringing quality education to the community. Listen ONLINE to Doylestown Health certified health education specialists and nutritionists, local mental health professionals and other select local professionals as they present important subject matter.

Doylestown Health is pleased to offer several virtual classes in July on a wide range of interesting topics. There's something for everyone! Learn from the comfort of your on home. Classes are FREE but registration is required.

A Teen's Guide to Understanding Healthcare

Wednesday, August 5, 2020 – 5 to 6 pm

Designed for high school students and their parents, learn the skills needed to navigate healthcare away from home. Topics include urgent care vs. emergency care, how to reserve and prepare for appointments, understanding basic insurance terms, how to use a pharmacy, filling prescriptions and medicine safety. Registration required. Free.


Grandparenting Education

Monday, August 17, 2020 – 7 to 8:30 pm

One session from the comfort of your home! Learn the latest in newborn care, parenting styles and baby safety to help the next generation grow up healthy and safe.


Aging Eyes & Healthy Vision

Thursday, August 27, 2020 – 11 am to Noon

Learn about common vision problems, including cornea disease, cataracts and dry eye. Ophthalmologist Sebastian P. Lesniak, MD, of Matossian Eye Associates, with locations in Bucks County, PA and Mercer County, NJ, will discuss symptoms of common eye issues, their cause and treatment options.
