Join us for our bi-annual meeting virtually, from the comfort of your own home!
Heart Failure is a chronic, progressive condition in which the heart loses its ability to pump blood through the body. It can occur at any age, but it is more common among older adults. While Doylestown Health offers many advanced treatment options to increase the survival of those experiencing heart failure, patients need to make and sustain lifestyle changes to improve the quality of their life.
This month's topic, "Holiday Recipes: Ditch the Salt and still be Jolly!" will be presented by Ronna Bell, RN, lead cardiovascular patient care coordinator, and Karen Detweiler, DNP, MSN, CRNP, heart failure coordinator. Attending the virtual meeting is FREE, but registration is required.
For questions or to register by phone, call the Heart Center office at 215.345.2328. You may also register online.
