Doylestown Health is thrilled to welcome Donald P. Talenti MD, FAAP, MAHP, as the medical director of Doylestown Health Urgent Care.
Dr. Talenti brings years of emergency room experience, serving as an emergency medicine physician and as the medical director of the emergency department at Penn State Hershey/Carlisle Regional Medical Center. Committed to community service, he is also a FEMA Disaster Medical Specialist, holds certification by the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security, Certification in Advanced Hazmat Life Support, and serves as a Lieutenant in the Doylestown Fire Department.
Dr. Talenti completed his undergraduate studies at Wilkes College, earning a Bachelor of Science, Biology degree. He earned a master’s degree in Applied Human Physiology at Hahnemann University, and later his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Talenti is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Urgent Care will continue the Doylestown Health tradition of delivering expert healthcare and under Dr. Talenti’s direction will be a welcome addition to the Doylestown Health family of services.
In addition to his role as medical director, Dr. Talenti will also be providing patient care at Doylestown Health Urgent Care.
