Does 10,000 steps seem like a lot to you? Learn the origins of the 10,000 steps recommendation and tips on how to reach the correct amount of steps for your personal health needs. Then, put on those walking shoes and get moving! We’ll take a short walk in Warminster Community Park to get you started. Presented by Doylestown Health education outreach liaison Kellye Remshifski, MS, CHES. Registration required.
