The 12-week program includes:
Consultation with a Cornerstone Club certified personal trainer and cancer fitness specialist. You will review your health history with the trainer and set your own goals.

Participants must be at least 4-weeks post-treatment and within one year of finishing treatment services (surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation). The program will run for 12 weeks beginning the week of October 25th. Specifics regarding days/times of the week the group will meet will be coordinated based on the needs of the group and availability of the instructor.
