Dry eye is a condition that occurs when the eye does not produce tears properly, leading to burning, redness, irritation and more. Sebastian Lesniak, MD, from Matossian Eye Associates, will be offering complimentary dry eye screenings and an educational lecture on dry eye disease and available treatment options. Registered dietitian Linda Brophy, RDN, LDN, from ShopRite, will be available to talk to about how good nutrition can preserve vision and reduce the risk of certain eye diseases. Discussion begins at 11 am and screenings will be administered before and afterward. To register, call 215-672-1870. Registration required.
