Tai Chi continues to come up in the literature as an effective treatment strategy to improve balance and decrease risk of falls. This 3-day training empowers individuals to learn for themselves—and then be able to share with patients and clients—compelling, fun, and accessible evidence based self-care practices.
- Fri., Oct. 13 | 8 am to 5:30 pm
- Sat., Oct. 14 | 8 am to 5:30 pm
- Sun., Oct. 15 | 8 am to 5 pm
Tai Chi Easy™ blends a simple medical Qigong technique with carefully chosen Tai Chi exercises that can be done in bed, while seated, in a stationary standing position, or combined with Tai Chi Walking. Help yourself and others manage stress and pain, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep, mood, balance, and stamina. This course is for physical therapists, nurses, fitness instructors, yoga center instructors, social workers, professors, wellness coaches, and more. It is approved for CE’s for PT’s in PA and NJ as well as nurses.
