Summer classes starting in August. Register by setting up an individual consultation. Weigh to Lose is a weight management program designed to help you achieve a healthy weight and a greater sense of well-being by focusing on the 3 keys of health: Food & Nutrition; Exercise & Movement; and Mind & Behavior Awareness. The program is divided into two phases:
Phase 1 (three months) explores the basics of nutrition, provides a meal plan, and teaches an anti-inflammatory diet. Participants will also receive an introductory class to Exercise and Mindfulness. Fee: $185
Phase 2* (nine months divided into three, 3-month series) delves deeper into the root causes of obesity and chronic disease through integrative and functional nutrition. Learn approaches to prevent weight loss plateaus and weight maintenance. Fee: $135 for each 3-month series. *Must complete Phase 1 to be eligible for Phase 2
Discounts available for Cornerstone Club members and Doylestown Health Cardiac Rehab participants. Phase 1 classes are held at The Health & Wellness Center in Warrington on Tuesdays at 6 pm and at Doylestown Hospital on Wednesdays at 11 am.
