Did you know that walking just 30 minutes per day can reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes?
At Doylestown Health, we are committed to helping our community get healthy and stay healthy. We've joined the national initiative – Walk With A Doc – to help our community take a step towards better health.
Walking has also been shown to:
- Improve blood pressure
- Help maintain weight
- Lower risk for obesity
How It Works
Each event will begin with a short health discussion given by a Doylestown Health physician, followed by a 30- to 45-minute walk around the Doylestown Hospital campus. Registration is encouraged for each event.
Who Can Attend
EVERYONE! Bring a friend, a family member or a coworker.
