Walk With A Doc Attendees Learn About Exercising Safely during Winter
Doylestown Health cardiologist, James Kmetzo, MD, led January's Walk With A Doc at the Central Bucks Family YMCA, where he gave a brief discussion on tips for exercising safely during colder months. After the talk, attendees enjoyed light exercise and a refreshing walk around the YMCA campus.
Parents Learn Tips for Unlocking Children's Potential
The community joined Doylestown Health Medical Staff physician, neuropsychologist James J. Stone, PsyD, for a discussion on childhood brain development, and tips for nurturing and maximizing a child's potential. This is part of the Parent Positive series, a free speaker series that connects health experts with local families to provide education on important topics affecting the community.

Lights, Camera, Action
Health Matters with Doylestown Health is a collaboration between the Central Bucks High School TV club and Doylestown Health. Students use their video production skills to bring the messages of CB Cares to CBTV. Co-hosted by a student and Doylestown Health's pediatric outreach manager, the series highlights important health issues that are relevant to students and parents in the Central Bucks school district. January's segment focused on pediatric allergies.

Kicking for a Cause
Players from the Central Bucks East and West girls' soccer teams presented a $3,850 check benefitting Doylestown Health’s Cancer Institute's Breast Cancer Fund. The funds were raised during their "Kick for Pink" event this past fall.
Resident's Learn Easy Ways to Exercise
Residents of Wesley Enhanced Living joined Doylestown Health for an interactive session on easy ways to get moving and stay active.
Keeping the Community Healthy
Doylestown Health partnered with Christ’s Home Senior Services to ring in a healthy New Year by providing health assessments to 110 community members throughout the day.
