Doylestown Health Rehabilitation Medicine

Physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians, also called physiatrists, are specially trained to evaluate and treat patients for broad a range of injuries and diseases involving bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons and nerves, as well as the brain and spinal cord.

With a focus on restoring patients to optimal physical and cognitive function, physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians coordinate with primary care physicians and other specialists to develop treatment plans that address each patient’s specific needs and improve their quality of life.

Doylestown Health Rehabilitation Medicine includes a board-certified physiatrist who specializes in electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies.
