What is myHealthDoylestown?
myHealthDoylestown offers patients access to their personal medical record that is securely stored on the Doylestown Hospital network, and offers flexibility to access your health information and other Doylestown Hospital-related resources 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Here, you can view your medical record, pre-register for visits, schedule appointments and more.
Is there a fee to use myHealthDoylestown?
No. myHealthDoylestown is free and accessible to view your Doylestown Hospital medical record.
How do I enroll?
Register for an account. If you do not have all of the required items for registration, access the enrollment forms or visit the Medical Records Department located on the first floor of the Hospital.
Why do you need my email address?
myHealthDoylestown requires an active email address as a part of patient enrollment. This email address is included in your patient profile and is used to confirm your enrollment login credentials. Doylestown Hospital may also use this email to inform you of services.
What do I need to use myHealthDoylestown?
You need access to a computer connected to the Internet and an up-to-date browser (such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox).

Can I view another person's health information?
Yes. You can be granted access to another patient’s medical records if that individual provides the hospital with completed, signed permission forms and you are 18 years of age or older.
For access to a child’s record, the parent or legal guardian can either contact the Doylestown Hospital Patient Portal office and request access, or fill out and sign the authorization form. Authorization for proxy access to a child’s record will automatically expire at the age of 18, and require the adult child to re-issue authorization with their own signature.

Can I view health information related to care given through my doctor's office?
No. myHealthDoylestown consists of health information specific to care received at Doylestown Hospital and does not reflect your doctor's office records. Doylestown Clinical Network practices offer access to online medical records. Please check with your doctor's office to determine their online health information services and policies.
Can I schedule an appointment through myHealthDoylestown?
Yes. A selection of appointment types are available to schedule online at myHealthDoylestown.
