Your health and well-being is our highest priority. That is why we have set high standards for safety and are taking every precaution possible as we welcome you back to services at Doylestown Hospital and The Health & Wellness Center in Warrington.

Doylestown Hospital

For your safety, you will notice changes to way we serve you. Some of these include:

  • All patients must enter through the Main Lobby (closest to Route 202)
  • You will be asked COVID-19 screening questions* and will have your temperature taken upon arrival. Temperature must be < 100 ̊ F to enter
  • All patients, support persons and staff must wear facemasks. We encourage patients and support persons to bring their own masks to preserve critical mask supplies, but one will be provided if needed
  • Social distancing is required. You will find that waiting rooms and patient care areas have been redesigned to maintain maximum physical distance
  • You may observe rigorous cleaning and disinfecting of public areas. This is routine and should not cause alarm: all of our public, clinical and workspace areas are cleaned and disinfected according to CDC and other exacting standards.

*Screening questions may include:

    • Have you had close and/or prolonged contact with an individual who has tested positive for Coronavirus?
    • Have you recently experienced any of the following: cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache or sore throat?

Outpatient Testing is Available By Appointment Only

To provide a safe and comfortable experience to our patients seeking testing at Doylestown Hospital, we request that patients schedule an appointment for ALL routine outpatient lab work and radiology studies. This applies to lab work and radiology studies that had not previously required advanced scheduling.

If a patient arrives without a scheduled appointment, there will likely be a delay in service. The patient may be asked to wait or to return with a scheduled appointment. Scheduled patients will be prioritized.

Can I Bring a Support Person With Me For Outpatient Services?

Doylestown Health encourages a support person to accompany maternity patients, pediatric patients, patients with disabilities (intellectual and/or developmental) and those with cognitive impairments (such as dementia).
