Patient Care Tech & Medical Assistant Opportunities
Patient Care Technicians (PCT) and Medical Assistants (MA) participate in a patient-focused team approach, providing direct and collaborative health care within the hospital or physician office setting. General PCT duties include assisting nurses or physicians in completing procedures and monitoring the status for inpatients. MAs assist nurses or physicians in patient care in the outpatient office setting. All are committed and compassionate professionals with great interpersonal skills and ability to create a team environment.
Instrument Technician Opportunities
Instrument Technicians play a vital role in the hospital’s Sterile Processing department. General Instrument Technician duties include transporting, decontaminating, assembling, inspecting, packaging, processing and sterilizing all surgical instrumentation, scopes, procedure trays, patient care equipment and supplies. Instrument Technicians are also responsible for appropriately monitoring the effectiveness of all sterilization processes.
