Doylestown Health is pleased to announce that effective October 1, 2020, Fountainville Medical Specialists will join Doylestown Health Primary Care and will be called Doylestown Health Internal Medicine Fountainville. The doctors and nurse practitioner that patients know and trust will continue to provide the same personalized, responsive care they’ve come to expect — using state-of-the-art technology and continuing patient education — but with the added benefit of the vast resources and interconnectedness of Doylestown Health.

In addition, Doylestown Health Internal Medicine Fountainville is thrilled to welcome Joanne E. Connell, MD, to the practice. She sees patients full-time and patients may schedule with her now. Dr. Connell is board certified in Internal Medicine. She earned her medical degree at MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at Stanford University and a master’s degree in Public Health from MCP Hahnemann School of Public Health.

Why Choose an Internal Medicine Practice?

The providers at the newly named Doylestown Health Internal Medicine Fountainville have cared for generations of Bucks and Montgomery County residents. This experienced medical team takes time to learn your unique medical history, advises on appropriate health screenings and encourages preventive health options. If a specialist is required for further diagnosis or treatment, your internal medicine provider works in collaboration with the specialty team, all with your well-being in mind.

The providers and staff remain committed to offering patients the highest level of care and service available. They will continue to see patients as scheduled and all practice operations will continue without interruption. Our location, phone and fax numbers will remain the same.
