The board-certified, fellowship-trained surgeons of Doylestown Health Cardiothoracic Surgery collaborate with interventional cardiologists to offer innovative procedures including; transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), a unique Convergent Approach for hard-to-treat arrhythmias performed by both cardiac surgeon and electrophysiologist to minimize the recurrence of atrial fibrillation and perform left atrial appendage closure using the Watchman device as a measure to reduce the risk of stroke.
