About Home Care
Doylestown Health Home Care, a division of Doylestown Hospital and part of Doylestown Health, remains committed to extending its healthcare excellence outside the hospital setting, and provides supportive healthcare services direct to the patient's residence. The team assists in managing the patient's condition in their home, with a goal to educate the patient on self-care principles.
Skilled nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and other healthcare support work as part of the patient's total care plan. Our team makes it easy to coordinate schedules and continually provides physicians with patient status and information about medical needs. In turn, patients benefit from a full continuum of care.
For nearly 125 years, the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown has recognized the importance of home health care and established the first visiting nurse/home care program in the Doylestown area.
