Pre/Postpartum Pelvic Floor — What to Know

Juggling life as a mother-to-be or a new mom is complicated. Learning how to do life with a new baby, little sleep, and adapting to multiple changes in your body is hard. In addition, you may have been diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD), a common condition pre- and post-birth, which has been spotlighted in the media the past few years as research unfolds about how important a strong pelvic floor is for maternal health.
