When the location services are on, you can search by Portals Near Me. Search Pennsylvania and select Doylestown Hospital myHealthDoylestown portal.
Mobile Access to Health Records
On your iPhone or iPod, open the Health app, setup your Health Profile and follow these instructions to connect to your Doylestown Hospital account.
Sign up for a 1upHealth account for on the go access to your health records. Simply download the 1upHealth app onto your mobile device. In the Healthcare Providers tab, add Doylestown Hospital as a connected provider. Through the 1upHealth app, your medical records will be accessible in one view, to help you understand and manage your overall health. For optimal viewing experience of 1upHealth, Chrome is recommended.
