Viewing Radiology Reports

Patients are able to view their Doylestown Hospital medical records online in a convenient and secure patient portal myHealthDoylestown.

Test results are usually available in 72 hours. The portal contains information dating back to 2008. Medical records are as current as the last time the person was registered as an outpatient or inpatient at Doylestown Hospital. Records do not provide doctors' office reports. Patients can also print copies of their records from the portal.

How to Request Your Radiology Reports and Images

To obtain hard copies of Radiology reports and images, please contact the Radiology File Room at 215.345.2599.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm. Voicemail is available to leave messages.

To ensure patient confidentiality, federal regulations (HIPAA) require photo ID and signature of the patient at the time of pick up. If you choose to send a representative to pick up imaging or reports for you, please provide them with a note signed by you, authorizing them to pick up on your behalf. Photo ID is also required for your designee. The Radiology File Room is located on the first floor of Doylestown Hospital, off of the Main Lobby Waiting Room.
